Cortez Hankton found a landing spot.
The former LSU co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach is headed to Columbus to be the Ohio State Wide Receivers Coach according to Matt Zenitz of 247sports. LouisianaSports.net reported that an interview between the two parties happened in December.
Ohio State is expected to hire Cortez Hankton as its new wide receivers coach, sources tell @CBSSports.

Hankton joined the LSU staff in 2022 and worked his way from wide receivers coach to co-offensive coordinator in 2024.
Ohio State’s position came open when Brian Hartline left for the head coaching position at South Florida. Lane Kiffin brought wide receivers coach George McDonald from Ole Miss in December.
