Phil Steele’s LSU-UCLA prediction

Every Friday during the college football season, Phil Steele joins “After Further Review” with Matt Moscona to preview the biggest games of the college football weekend. Here is what Steele had to say about LSU versus UCLA:
I think the oddsmakers have this one right. LSU should have no problem with UCLA. It’s the first year for DeShaun Foster as the head coach. Go back to the Hawai’i game, they really struggled at the half. They were down 10-0, outgained almost two-to-one. Last week they were dominated by Indiana at home. They’re struggling to get the run game going, only averaging 84 yards per game on the ground. Ethan Garbers with a 1:3 ratio so far this year. That’s poor. They’re allowing some sacks. The defense lost their defensive coordinator, lost some key players off the defense and hasn’t looked as tough as last year. And LSU has got the talent edge, the home edge, the humidity edge. LSU has got a lot going for it…I have LSU by 24.
The Tigers and Bruins kick off from Tiger Stadium Saturday at 2:45 p.m.
