Another coaching search across the league may be narrowing and a former New Orleans Saints coordinator appears to be one of the favorites.
Per ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Las Vegas Raiders view former Saints coordinator Klint Kubiak a “prime candidate” for their open head coaching position. Kubiak is currently the offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks.
Raiders’ coaching search should come into focus after Sunday.
Multiple league sources consider Seahawks OC Klint Kubiak a prime candidate after a strong first interview.
Broncos pass-game coordinator Davis Webb is often mentioned in league circles as a viable option, too.…

Kubiak’s hiring timeline will shift depending on the results of Sunday’s NFC Championship game. Should the Seahawks advance to the Super Bowl with a win over the Los Angeles Rams, Las Vegas will have to wait until after the conclusion of the league championship to finalize their decision if Kubiak is the hire.
Son of long-time NFL coach Gary Kubiak, Klint Kubiak led a high-flying offense in New Orleans until injuries derailed his impact in 2024. His offense in Seattle has been one of the league’s best.
If Kubiak is hired by the Raiders, the Saints would match up with him during the 2026 season. Early expectations were that the Atlanta Falcons could be in on the former Saints play caller. The Falcons hired former Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski. Despite that, New Orleans could still be set to face Kubiak with a new team for the second consecutive year.
