Will Wade has promised some international flavor on his 2026-27 roster.
On Wednesday, Marcio Santos committed to the Tigers according to Jeff Goodman of Field of 68 among others. Santos is 23 and played in the Euroleague for Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel. He’s 6-foot-9 and averaged 6.9 points and 14 minutes per game.
He’s known as an offensive weapon who shot 40 percent from three-point range. Kentucky was one of the teams pursuing Santos.
LSU now has two public commitments as Santos joins Mo Dioubate on Wade’s first roster back in Baton Rouge.
