Add ESPN’s College Gameday to the menu for one of the most anticipated season-openers in LSU football history. Gameday will broadcast from Baton Rouge as the Tigers and Clemson get set for a massive opening weekend showdown according to On3’s Pete Nakos.

Last season, LSU and Clemson were passed on for Texas at Ohio State.
This time around, Lane Kiffin will be leading the Tigers which add another level of intrigue to the matchup. Gameday’s last trip to Baton Rouge was for the rain-soaked dud of a matchup with Alabama in 2024.
