The defensive tackle was in his second season at LSU after spending three seasons at Florida to begin his career. Lee only appeared in four games for the Tigers in 2024, allowing him to use his redshirt season. Since the 2020 Covid season does not count against eligibility, Lee will play a sixth season at his new school in 2025.
A 6-foot-3, 296-pound interior lineman, Lee was a four-star prospect out of Live Oak High (La.) in the 2020 class when he picked the Gators. He played in 25 games with four starts in Gainesville, but played in just 11 games over two seasons at LSU.
Lee is the fourth defensive tackle from LSU to enter the portal, joining Jay’viar Suggs, Kimo Makane’ole and De’Myrion Johnson. The Tigers added Sydir Mitchell from Texas and return senior Jacobian Guillory along with rising sophomores Ahmad Breaux and Dominick McKinley.
