Over three seasons in Baton Rouge, Taylor amassed 129 catches for 1,308 yards, both school records at the tight end position. He scored six touchdowns in 38 career games.
Though he just completed his junior season, Taylor is eligible to play in the game due to a rule change last year that allowed draft-eligible juniors to play in college all-star games. In 2024, 15 juniors played in the Senior Bowl. That number is expected to grow in 2025.
Taylor joins a host of former Tigers in Mobile including Emery Jones, Garrett Dellinger, Miles Frazier, Kyren Lacy and Sai’vion Jones. Only Oregon (7) currently has more players committed to play in the game.
Reese’s Senior Bowl week begins January 28 and ends February 1 with the game which will be televised on NFL Network.
