Arkansas loses heartbreaker to Texas A&M–again

Texas A&M and Arkansas met in Jerry World for the 11th year in a row and for the 11th time in 12 years, the Aggies came away with a win. After trailing 17-14 entering the fourth quarter, Texas A&M battled back to win, 21-17.
Quarterback Marcel Reed scored all three of the Aggies touchdowns, and the defense forced three turnovers as well. The third, and most costly, turnover came with just under two minutes to go and secured the first win in The Southwest Classic for Mike Elko.
Arkansas falls to 3-2 with two heartbreaking losses to former Southwest Conference opponents, having dropped an overtime decisiona t Oklahoma State. The Aggies improve to 4-1 and have won four-straight games since their opening weekend loss to Notre Dame.
