Auburn flips elite QB Knight from Notre Dame

Auburn’s on-field performance hasn’t generated a lot of wins lately, but Hugh Freeze continues reel in recruits.
The Tigers continued their absolute tear on the recruiting trail by flipping high four-star quarterback Deuce Knight from Notre Dame where he had been committed since September of last year.
Knight becomes the 25th commitment of Auburn’s 2025 recruiting class and vaults the Tigers to the No. 4 class nationally behind Ohio State, Alabama, and LSU. He is the No. 7 QB and the No. 36 overall recruit in the country per On3’s Industry Composite Rankings.
With Knight in the fold, and a few potential big-time flips left on Auburn’s board they are in potential striking distance of the number one overall class in the entire country, something Auburn has never done in program history.
