It’s like Christmas morning for sports bettors everywhere. Earlier this week, BetOnline AG released 484 prop bets with over ten different categories. Bettors can wager on everything imaginable. If you thought betting on the coin flip or the length of the national anthem was wild, wait until you see what is on the board this year. 

Sure, you can bet on touchdowns, total yards, and who will win the game. However, haven’t fans seen this movie before? Where is the fun in losing money betting on a game with Patrick Mahomes and NFL refs? Think outside the box this year. 

Here are my best prop bets for Super Bowl 59.

LOCK OF THE WEEK: Will there be video of Tom Brady Super Bowl highlights during the broadcast? +200

The fact that this is +200 is mind blowing. This seems like the lock of the year. Would anyone be surprised if Tom Brady put the highlights on himself? Exactly. There is no way the NFL will ever make it through a 4.5 hour Super Bowl broadcast without showing one of his seven wins, especially with him doing the broadcast. 

Donald Trump will tweet during the game -115

Perhaps the most shocking bet on the board is that Trump not tweeting has better odds at -120. That’s called growth. It’s also called easy value because there’s no way he doesn’t tweet something during this game. Furthermore, there are several books that have total tweet props for him, with the total being set at 1.5. That’s a good sign. 

Over 1.5 tush push conversions in the game -175

This feels like another sure thing. The tush push works almost 100 percent of the time, especially with Jalen Hurts under center. Even with the Eagles offensive line banged up a little bit on the interior, expect to see at least two of these in the game and they will most likely convert both. 

Chiefs win game after trailing at any point +130 

Patrick Mahomes has won three Super Bowls in Kansas City. They have come from behind to win all three. At +130 there’s really good value here, especially with some of the Chiefs slow starts and elite Philadelphia defense. 

For anyone looking at higher odds and a bigger payday, look at the First Half/Full Game Prop. Take the Eagles to win the first half and the Chiefs to win the full game at +600. This exact thing happened the last time these two met in the Super Bowl, so why not again? 

What will be higher: Number of Patrick Mahomes completions or the age of Bill Belichick’s girlfriend 24

Again, what a country we live in where we can bet real American dollars on this. We have quite literally never been more back. Also take the over on Mahomes completions. Patrick Mahomes has played in four Super Bowls and completed at least 26 passes in three of the four.
