Pickett is the nation’s top incoming cornerback and a consensus five-star prospect. The 6-foot-4, Zephyrhills, Fla., native signed with LSU earlier this month and is allowed to participate in practices. He did so wearing the No. 3 vacated by Sage Ryan who announced his transfer to Ole Miss a week ago.
Early enrollees are not permitted to play in bowl games, but Pickett can dress out for the game and remain on the sideline.
