Former Alabama, Texas TE Amari Niblack enters the transfer portal

Texas tight end Amari Niblack will enter the transfer portal for a third time, according to Matt Zenitz of 247Sports.

Niblack transferred to Texas from Alabama a year ago. However, his production in Austin was very limited this past season. Niblack ended the year with just five catches for 33 yards, while appearing in nine games.
Niblack was a former four star recruit and a top 100 recruit nationally. He finished third on the team in receptions, yards, and receiving touchdowns during the 2023 season at Alabama after posting 20 catches for 327 yards and four touchdowns.
