We are hours away from kickoff for the Week 13 SEC slate which means it’s time to check in with our friends in Las Vegas to see what lines have moved since the start of the week.

We have a card with the most SEC games we’ve had in at least a month, and somehow that translated into the fewest changes in betting lines we’ve seen all year. Make it make sense. Regardless, here’s a look at the rest of the lines for Week 13.

Ole Miss at Florida

Vanderbilt at LSU

Current Line: LSU -7.5

There are only two games on the schedule that saw line movement over a point, LSU-Vanderbilt and Ole Miss-Florida. The Vanderbilt line makes a lot of sense here. This is the seventh time this season the Commodores are an underdog by a touchdown or more, and they are 6-0 in the previous six games. LSU is reeling a little bit. I think the biggest takeaway from this spread is this–Vanderbilt is only a seven-point underdog at night in Death Valley. That’s way more indicative of how good Vanderbilt has been this entire year than how up and down LSU has been over the last three weeks.

The line that saw the most movement is Ole Miss at Florida. The line nearly doubled since it was released on Sunday. If you bet on this game, I hope you jumped on it early. Florida is playing a backup, true freshman quarterback who’s about 70-80 percent of his full mobility. He’ll be facing the best pass rush in the country and what is basically an NFL defensive line playing on Saturdays. By the way, the Rebels get their best offensive player back in wide receiver Tre Harris.

Riding the momentum of a big win against Georgia followed by an extra week to rest for the final two game stretch of the season, the Rebels should be laser focused. There’s no excuse not to be. Lastly, Lane Kiffin is 15-2 as a road favorite since the 2019 season and is 12-4-1 against the spread in those games. When you factor in all of those things the line movement makes a lot of sense.
