Georgia has been flexing their muscles on Georgia Tech for almost 25 years now on the field, and Monday they did it on the recruiting trail.
Kirby Smart and staff flipped safety Rasean Dinkins from Georgia Tech earlier today. Dinkins had been committed to Georgia Tech for months but received an offer from Georgia in September.
The 5-foot-10, 185 lbs. safety from Warner Robbins, Geo., raved about the Bulldog program.
“The way Georgia operates their program is unmatched,” Dinkins said. “I have visited multiple times, and they are always working to get better. Even during the game, they want to fix things and improve. The staff and the team are just different at Georgia.”
He becomes the 24th commitment of the 2025 cycle for Georgia and joins his high school teammate Isaiah Gibson in the class. The Bulldogs class ranks No. 3 nationally in the 247Sports composite team rankings.
