Jack Pyburn, former Florida Gator, commits to LSU

LSU’s transfer portal pursuits continued Monday.

Former Florida defensive end Jack Pyburn committed to the Tigers. The 6-foot-3 265 lbs., edge rusher played three seasons for the Gators totaling 80 tackles, five tackles for loss and one sack.

Pyburn was a three-star recruit in the 2022 cycle when he signed with Florida out of Jacksonville. He made eight stops against the Tigers in November.

Pyburn joins Jimari Butler as defensive end transfers in the Tigers’ portal class. He will have one season of eligibility remaining.
