Suggs transferred to LSU for the 2024 season after starting his career at Division-II Grand Valley State. In his lone season in Baton Rouge, Suggs saw time in all 12 games for the Tigers in a rotational role. He really carved out a role on third down and pass rush situations. He registered 10 tackles, three tackles for loss and two and a half sacks this fall.
The Tigers are set to return some quality depth at defensive tackle for 2025 led by veteran Jacobian Guillory and sophomores Ahmed Breaux and Dominick McKinley. Plus, Brian Kelly and staff signed four defensive tackles in the 2025 early signing period.
Suggs is the fifteenth LSU player to enter the transfer portal.
