Taylor was the starter from Day 1 in Baton Rouge and went on to compile 129 catches for 1308 yards, both school records. Taylor’s most noteworthy catch came in overtime of the 2023 thriller against Alabama. Taylor’s grab won the game.
Once a three-star recruit, Taylor is now a second round pick. He’s the highest drafted LSU tight end since David LaFleur in 1997.
