Nov. 12 College Football Playoff rankings released
11/12/2024
Big night for the Big 10.
Here’s breakdown of how tonight’s College Football Playoff rankings looked.
Remember, the top four conference champions all get a bye. So seeds one through four won’t necessarily be ranked No. 1 through No. 4. Case in point, BYU ranks all the way down at No. 6, but would be ranked No. 3 in the bracket. Miami is ranked No. 9 but as the projected ACC champion they are a No. 4 seed.
In total, four teams from the SEC and four teams from the Big Ten are projected in the Top 12. Nine SEC teams overall ranked in the Top 25. Here’s a look at the entire Week 2 rankings.
