Saints focus on interior OL depth during NFL Combine

By Ross Jackson
Without a doubt, there is a fantastic group of free-agent offensive linemen expected this offseason. However, that won’t stop a team like the New Orleans Saints from paying close attention to the coinciding draft class.
As they prepare for the 2025 season, the Saints need a starting left guard. Additionally, they must improve depth across the offensive line to avoid injury issues. Injuries have repeatedly plagued the Saints over the past few seasons. However, they have taken measures to prevent that in 2025, but more talent down the depth chart never hurts.
As a result, this year’s draft class provides a great pool for exactly that, along with some positional versatility.
That being said, watch for these offensive linemen during Sunday’s NFL Scouting Combine workouts and on-field drills, focusing on the interior.
