NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Saints have continued their trend of focusing first on in-house talent, before looking at spending a ton on new additions. When your in-house talent allows you to make up some salary cap space in the process, that’s a logical trail to follow. The latest in that path? Tight end Juwan Johnson.
Per VeynerSports founder A.J. Vaynerchuk, Johnson and the Saints have agreed upon a new contract. The tight end will return to New Orleans in 2025.
