SEC Bowl Projections: Week 11

By Chris Marler
What a difference a day makes right? Isn’t that how the saying goes? A few weeks ago I, like everyone else, had Georgia as a potential No. 1 overall seed. After they bludgeoned Texas in Austin, I absolutely thought they were a lock to be in the Top 4 teams, geared up for another run at a national title.
Now, there’s a chance that Georgia may get left out of the playoff entirely. That’s all part of the chaos of this new 12-team playoff era. The other part that would be absolute theater, as the kids say, is the potential for a team that’s not currently in the Top 12 and has three losses to make it to the SEC Championship game. With a win in Atlanta, it is absolutely feasible for LSU to still make the College Football Playoff. The path isn’t even as crazy as you’d think
We’ve got a few more weeks to get everything ironed out, but for now here’s where every SEC Team landed after week 11.
