Texas A&M lands four-star QB commit
10/17/2024
Texas A&M fans have had a lot to celebrate year one of the Mike Elko era. That fun continued on Thursday as the Aggies landed a four-star quarterback Helaman Casuga.
The 6-foot-1 210 pound signal caller is from Provo, Utah, and chose the Aggies over Southern Cal and Washington among more than a dozen offers including Auburn, Oregon and Tennessee. He is a consensus top 300 player across all major recruiting sites for the 2026 class.
As a sophomore in 2023, Casuga threw for over 4,000 yards and 34 touchdowns while completing 65 percent of his passes. He becomes the third commitment in the 2026 class for Texas A&M which is currently ranked 14th in the country.
