Nussmeier No. 1 in McShay’s 2026 mock draft

The NFL Draft concluding in late April every year means it’s time for one of the most consistently useless pieces of content to be released immediately after: the way-too-early Mock Draft for next year.
It will almost certainly be incorrect. Never forget the year that NFL Draft Scout Matt Miller, now with ESPN, projected Jake Fromm to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 Draft, for example.

It should be especially intriguing for LSU fans and SEC fans, considering that the person listed at No. 1 has a very familiar last name.
And it’s not Manning.
