Week 11 SEC point spreads posted

By Chris Marler
SEC Betting lines for the Week 11 games have been released by Las Vegas Sportsbooks. The theme of the week seems to be road favorites once again.
As little as a few weeks ago, Georgia was a touchdown favorite over Ole Miss in multiple Vegas sportsbooks. However, with the resurgence of the Ole Miss offense last week, it being a home game in Oxford, and the fact that Georgia quarterback Carson Beck has thrown 11 interceptions in his last five games, the line moved all the way down to -2.5.
Elsewhere, Las Vegas continues to sleep on Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt has been an underdog in six games this season and have covered in all six and have won five outright. Last week they beat Auburn by double digits despite being a seven-point underdog. They’ll face a South Carolina team who is favored by 2.5 points after demolishing Texas A&M last weekend, 44-20.
Finally, there’s Alabama-LSU. I’m not totally surprised by the line favoring Alabama, whether they deserve it or not. But this may be the ultimate buyer beware for sports bettors as Brian Kelly is undefeated at home in night games in Death Valley.
Texas -21.5 vs Florida
Georgia -2.5 @ Ole Miss
South Carolina -3.5 @ Vanderbilt
Tennessee -23.5 vs Mississippi State
Missouri -2 vs Oklahoma
Alabama -2.5 @ LSU
