Week 11 SEC QB PFF Grades: Dart leads, Milroe rises

By Chris Marler
PFF has released their post-Week 11 grades for SEC quarterbacks for the 2024 season. Here’s how each quarterbacl rated after another crazy weekend of college football and where they ranked nationally.
Jaxson Dart and Taylen Green have been No. 1 and No. 2 for most of the season now, while the remaining top five to eight spots have been somewhat of a revolving door and interchanging names from week to week.
This week the quarterback who made the biggest leap in the rankings was Jalen Milroe after his incredible performance against LSU. He jumped from No. 5 to No. 3 and even overtook Diego Pavia. Behind Pavia is when the math isn’t mathing as they say.
Garrett Nussmeier and Carson Beck continue to linger in the top five to seven each week for SEC quarterback grades, and I can’t figure out why. While both are incredibly talented signal callers, they have also combined for 21 interceptions in their last five games. Behind them, two quarterbacks with underwhelming seasons that have fallen short of preseason expectations, Nico Iamaleava and Payton Thorne.
On top of all those confusing grades and positions on the rankings list, what is the most inaccurate assessment PFF continues to have from week to week is of South Carolina quarterback LaNorris Sellers. Sellers dropped one spot down to No. 14 in the SEC (ahead of Jackson Arnold and Missouri backup Drew Pyne), and he dropped over 50 total spots nationally down to No. 257.
In his last four games, Sellers has eight total touchdowns and just one interception while completing nearly 65 percent of his passes.
