McClure was a standout offensive lineman for LSU from 1995-1999 where he started 36 games. The Baton Rouge native earned All SEC honors twice and was named a First Team All American in 1998.
Following his career at LSU, McClure played his entire 13 year NFL career with the Atlanta Falcons where he started at center in 195 of his 198 career games played. He was inducted into the team’s Ring of Honor in 2022, becoming only the sixth player in franchise history to earn the distinction.
The rest of the 2026 class will be announced in September with the induction ceremony planned for June.
