The former Tiger appeared to injure his right knee while leaping for a pass down the right sideline. He clutched that knee as the medical staff came to his aid.
As a rookie, Nabers set the Giants’ single season reception record with 106 catches. This season he has made 16 catches including a pair of touchdowns for New York.
His second NFL season could be in jeopardy before the end of September.
It’s been a rough September for former Tigers. Joe Burrow’s turf toe will keep him out multiple months, and Jayden Daniels is missing his second straight game on Sunday
