Chester is the third LSU offensive lineman to enter the portal this cycle, joining freshman Carius Curne and redshirt freshman Coen Echols.
After redshirting in 2023, Chester started all 13 games for LSU at center in 2024. He played in just seven games this season with one start, serving as a valuable rotational backup.
The former four-star prospect was the No. 134 overall prospect and the seventh best interior offensive lineman when he signed with LSU out of Conyers, Ga.
Chester is the twelfth Tiger expected to enter the portal in this cycle.
