LSU and Mississippi State will get started early on Friday.
First pitch has been moved up to 3:00pm with the forecast of inclement weather in Starkville. The game was initially set for 6:00. It will be broadcast on SEC Network+.
Due to forecasted inclement weather in the Starkville area, Friday’s baseball game between No. 15 Mississippi State and LSU has been changed to 3 p.m. CT at Dudy Noble Field.

This weekend is Super Bulldog Weekend as Mississippi State finishes up spring football practice. It’s a weekend-long celebration that has often broken attendance records at Dudy Noble Field.
The Bulldogs enter the weekend 10-8 in SEC play having swept South Carolina a week ago. LSU has lost six straight SEC games and sits at 6-12.
The Tigers will send right-hander Casan Evans to the mound. State’s Tomas Valincius will get the ball.
