LSU will meet Alabama under the afternoon sky in Tiger Stadium. The SEC announced Monday the Tigers and Crimson Tide will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. on ABC Nov. 7. Both teams have an open date this weekend.
The last time the two teams met during the day in Baton Rouge was 2010. The Tigers defeated the defending national champion Crimson Tide 24-21 that day.
LSU (6-2) is coming off back-to-back impressive wins over Mississippi State and Auburn while the Tide (6-2) snapped a two-game losing streak with a win over Texas A&M Saturday.
Alabama leads the all-time series 58-27-5 and have won the last three meetings between the teams. The last LSU win was a 32-31 overtime victory in Brian Kelly’s first season in 2022.
This will be the first meeting between head coaches Lane Kiffin and Kalen DeBoer.
