The New Orleans Saints went from the healthiest they’ve been all year to losing two key offensive players in the span of a game. After reportedly losing starting center Erik McCoy for the season to a torn biceps injury, the team appears to be set to lose running back Kendre Miller for the year.
Per NFL Insider Jordan Schultz, Miller suffered a torn ACL and will miss the remainder of the year.

Miller left Sunday’s game with a knee injury, one that head coach Kellen Moore said was cause for concern after the matchup.
The third-year running back has dealt with a string of injuries since entering the NFL, but was having his healthiest season yet with the Saints in 2025.
Miller remained healthy throughout the offseason and training camp before appearing in seven games this season. Up until the injury, the back carried the ball 47 times for 193 rushing yards and added one rushing touchdown of 18 yards. That run is still tied for the longest rush of the Saints’ season.
The Saints will now look to rookie running back Devin Neal to partner with veteran back Alvin Kamara in the backfield. It appears likely that the team could also move Velus Jones Jr. back to the active roster from the practice squad.
