NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers have released their first injury reports ahead of their Week 10 division showdown. New Orleans is managing a key injury on the offensive line while the Panthers are watching their star running back closely. Both of which have the potential to be sorely missed on Sunday.
Here is the information from Wednesday’s injury report:
New Orleans Saints
Did Not Participate:
T Taliese Fuaga (ankle)
Limited Participation:
RB Alvin Kamara (ankle)
TE Jack Stoll (ankle)
Full Participation:
QB Taysom Hill (knee)
DE Cameron Jordan (ankle)
T Barry Wesley (hip)
DE Jonah Williams (shoulder)
While Fuaga manages his ankle injury, expect offensive lineman Asim Richards to step in at right tackle. Richards has already seen some action including one start on the season. He has been credited with allowing nine pressures, but no sacks on the year. He should have a favorable matchup against Carolina’s defense which ranks No. 28 in ESPN’s pass rush win rate.
The Saints signed running back Audric Estime to their active roster on Wednesday while Kamara continues to navigate his ankle injury.
Carolina Panthers
Did Not Participate:
RB Rico Dowdle (quadricep)
G Chandler Zavala (elbow)
Limited Participation:
S Lathan Ransom (illness)
Full Participation:
G Damien Lewis (oblique)
C Cade Mays (ankle/knee)
OLB Princely Umanmielen (ankle)
For Carolina, the most important name on its list is Dowdle, who is managing a quad injury. The back has been outstanding in his breakout season here in 2025 and any limitations to his game will put a lot more pressure on quarterback Bryce Young and a passing offense that has only surpassed 200 passing yards in one game this year.
