Bonjour! The New Orleans Saints may be set to head back to Europe sooner rather than later, this time playing host in the first NFL game held in Paris, France.
Per NOLA.com’s Jeff Duncan, team president Dennis Lauscha made the announcement at a recent Touchdown Club gathering.

The Saints were granted marketing rights in Paris ahead of the 2023 season and have already engaged in cultural exchange and promotion opportunities. The next will include the Paris Musketeers headed to New Orleans ahead of the Week 12 game against the Atlanta Falcons, a game for which the Musketeers will be present.
Per Lauscha, the game could be scheduled as early as the 2026 season. Though, dating back to the April Owner’s meeting, many rumors of a 2027 appearance were growing.
With a passionate international fanbase, this trip, whenever it may be, is sure to draw a lot of European Saints fans as the league increases its global footprint.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, an official announcement is expected to take place in the coming weeks. The league and officials in Paris are currently working on an agreement.
