Colin Hurley has been away from the LSU program for over a month.
He’ll find a new school, according to On3’s Pete Nakos.
NEW: LSU quarterback Colin Hurley is expected to enter the transfer portal, @PeteNakos reports.

Hurley left the team for personal reasons in November.
It has been a tumultuous 2025 that included a January single-car accident that forced him to miss spring football while rehabilitating.
He has not appeared in a game since enrolling at LSU as a 16-year-old in January 2024. He was a four-star prospect coming out of high school.
Garrett Nussmeier is out of eligibility, so with Hurley’s departure, LSU is down to just Michael Van Buren at quarterback. Even Ju’Juan Johnson, who served as an emergency quarterback this season, has announced he plans to enter the portal.
Lane Kiffin and his staff will have to seek quarterbacks aggressively in the portal window.
