The New Orleans Saints have announced their inactive players for Sunday’s matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Four players were already ruled out on Friday’s injury report, making up the majority of the pregame list.
The biggest name to watch, wide receiver Chris Olave, is active. Sources indicated to LouisianaSports.Net that this would be the case after the final Injury Report of the week was released.
Here are the inactive players for this week’s game:
- S Ugo Amadi
- WR Mason Tipton (groin)
- CB Rejzohn Wright
- RB Alvin Kamara (knee/ankle)
- RG Cesar Ruiz (ankle)
- TE Zaire Mitchell-Paden (knee)
- DT Bryan Bresee (knee)
The Saints also elevated two players from their practice squad this week. Wide receiver Ronnie Bell joins the list of active wideouts for the first time this season. With star Olave questionable and managing injury going into the game and Tipton out, having Bell as another option provides depth on offense.
Tight end Treyton Welch will help to make up for the loss of Foster Moreau at the position, who was placed on Injured Reserve Friday with an ankle injury.
Expect another game with Audric Estime as the team’s lead running back with back Evan Hull and quarterback Taysom Hill also likely to contribute.
