LSU has its successor to the all-time leading scorer.
Former Arkansas placekicker Scott Starzyk has committed to LSU following a strong freshman season as a Hog. Matt Moscona was the first to report the news.

Starzyk connected on 14-of-18 field goals and made all 47 extra points in 2025 including 2-of-3 from over 50 yards. In his first collegiate game, Starzyk made a 53-yard boot setting the record for longest field goal by a freshman in Razorback history.

Kohl’s Kicking called Starzyk the top prep kicker in the country in 2024, and he was invited to participate in the Under Armour All-American Game. He hails from The Woodlands and has three seasons of eligibility remaining.
