LSU’s Senior Day was a harbinger of things to come.
Like classmate Jaden Noot, DJ Primeaux will also enter the transfer portal after being honored at Alex Box Stadium. Primeaux just completed his redshirt junior season at LSU.
The southpaw hurler made 35 appearances over three seasons, all out of relief. He worked a total of 20 innings and struck out 20 against 14 walks.
The Central High School product was a part of two national title teams for his hometown school. He’ll play his fifth and final season in another uniform.
LSU has had five players enter the transfer portal since it opened on Monday.
