For the last four years, New Orleans Saints wide receivers coach Keith Williams has held his Wideout Camp. The latest example of the Saints’ players and coaches being active in their communities and bringing football camps to young athletes.
During each of Williams’ camps, he usually has some of the receivers he is coaching in attendance. For instance, last year, receivers Rashid Shaheed, AT Perry, Cedrick Wilson Jr., Mason Tipton and Stanley Morgan Jr. all participated.
This year, the group in Omaha, Nebraska, included Shaheed and Tipton who returned along with Brandin Cooks, Kevin Austin Jr., Donovan Peoples-Jones and Chris Olave.

“You know the impact that’s happening on young men,” Williams told WOWT6 News. “Who Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed, Brandon Cooks and all the others… You know what that impact is. So, when you see that happen and you see the kids respond to that, it’s impactful and gratifying for those Saints guys. Because they were once in those shoes and they understand how important that is to have that interaction and have this experience.”
