METAIRIE – The New Orleans Saints welcomed back one of their key leaders and contributors when edge rusher Cameron Jordan was spotted on practice field Friday by the local media in attendance.
He was seen participating in both the stretching period and some individual drills, indicating that his return may be on the way.
Jordan isn’t expected to participate in this week’s matchup against the Detroit Lions, but his return to practice this week does create a strong possibility of returning for next week’s game at the Baltimore Ravens.
Not Seen:

- RB Audric Estime (thigh)
- WR Cedric Tillman
- WR Trey Palmer
Along with Jordan, defensive lineman Davon Godchaux returned from his weekly Thursday rest schedule. The rest of the team’s attendance held steady with both running backs Alvin Kamara and Kendre Miller present for a third consecutive day.
