Last week created some major separation in the Southeastern Conference, and another pivotal slate awaits as October begins.
A third straight week of chaos hit the league with more upsets and several teams finding out that the safest place they could be was at home on a bye week. Can the SEC still land four teams in the College Football Playoff?
It’s beginning to look more and more like a 9-3 log jam is on the horizon with 10 teams currently within one game of the first-place team in the league.
We dig our heels in a little for the latest installment of my weekly bowl projections for the 2026 postseason.
